Airline: We will ship puppies if and when the weather permits. We always use Priority Pet Services for all of our dog/puppy air deliveries. Priority Pet/VIP Service gives you "PRIORITY" service NOT CARGO! This provides a climate controlled pressurized environment as well as the quickest and most direct flight available.  During June, July & August we sometimes opt to use night flights to provide comfortable travel temperatures. These are the safest and only methods we use besides hand delivery. I have personally had a tour of the air terminal and plane facilities where my puppies are placed for their fight. If there is a problem with shipping, I will do what I can to help, but it is your responsibility to deal with the airline to resolve any shipping or customs issues for your puppy.  I also have a courier/transporter that can deliver your puppy, within a reasonable distance for a reasonable amount by ground.  All shipping expenses are paid by you (the buyer, regardless).  When shipped, your puppy will be sent in a  airline approved shipping crate.   In the crate there will be a towel or baby blanket, a puppy toy, water and food for your puppy. We are Select Breeders with Eukanuba/Iams Company you will also receive coupons/discounts on Pet Insurance, a shipping kennel and USDA Veterinarian Health Certificate for shipping, acclamation certificate (note:) health certificate is from a certified veterinarian. All of these are the papers necessary for your puppy to be shipped and travel across state lines. These papers will be provided to the airline for the shipping of your puppy. Shipping is done through Northwest Airlines, KLM & American Airlines. Only major International airports that support live animal shipments are accepted for transport. We do not ship where originating and connecting airport temperatures exceed 70 degrees Fahrenheit at times of departure, therefore,shipments can only be done early in the morning when this case applies. During these warm climates we reserve the right to ship at a schedule that permits us to ship the puppy. If you wish to drive and meet us we can meet you by car (no more than a 1 hour drive for us in one direction) there is a $150 fee for this drive if you prefer to do this instead of shipping. The cost for shipping and the other services are $200.00 in the USA and $300.00 outside the USA..  This does cover all the expenses listed above.  We only use major airlines to ship our puppies priority, these airlines mentioned above are airlines we have used previous and have checked out extensively. We also ask once you receive your puppy to let us know it's condition and that it has arrived in: a clean crate with food and water given at the appropriate times. All your health records are being sent with your puppy and some paperwork will be mailed to the address that the puppy has been shipped to (for your vet). If you have an imported puppy it can take several weeks for the paperwork to come from overseas. When your paperwork does come from overseas, I will fill everything out and send it ASAP in the post, unless your puppy was purchased as a pet without papers.
Prior to shipping your puppy I will send you all flight information, airline name, along with flight number and arrival time.  I also will send you a reminder the day before your puppy ships with some instructions and things you might want to bring with you to pick up the puppy or I will call you. I will also e-mail you all flight information, airline name, along with flight number and arrival time. If your puppy is shipped per request ASAP, I of coarse do not have time to e-mail all this information. Payments must be sent in full before we can ship any of our puppies.
 
Door to Door Ground:  We can send the puppy via ground shipping when the weather is to hot to use the airlines.  We use a door to door ground transport company that is nationwide with professional puppy handlers. They take great care of the puppy on the trip from our home to yours.  They will travel in air conditioned vans & will stop on a regular basis for food, water, & care. Shipping by ground transport cost between $250 - $350 Extra per puppy.
 
Local Pick up:  We always welcome you to come pick up your puppy or if you are within a one hour we might can even arrange meeting you half way.
